Litháen, daginn eftir miðlun niðurstaðna verkefnisins 5. júní 2024.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

saman fimm samstarfsaðilar: HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College (Lettland)
sem verkefnisstjóri í eigin persónu þróunarstjóra, formaður ráðsins Olga
Zvereva, Com&amp;amp;Train (Danmörk) í persónu framkvæmdastjórans Anna Högnadóttur,
gestgjafi Vilniaus kolegija viðskiptadeild (Litháen) í eigin persónu yfirmanns
þjálfunar og samstarfs Laima Paraukiene og lektor í ferðamáladeild Jolita
Variakojiene,&amp;nbsp; SKREF FYRIR SKREF RÁÐGJÖF
(Ísland) í persónu formanns Hansínu Bjarnarfríðar Einarsdóttur, og MITRA (Eistlandi)
í persónu framkvæmdastjórans Pavel Smulski. Á fundinum þróuðu aðilar
upplýsingar um verklokastig verkefnisins og framtíðarmiðlunarstarfsemi eftir

samstarfsaðilanna: HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College (Lettland) formaður ráðsins Olga Zvereva, Com&amp;amp;Train (Danmörk)&amp;nbsp;
framkvæmdastjórans Anna Högnadóttur, Vilniaus kolegija viðskiptadeild (Litháen)
í persónu yfirmanns þjálfunar og samvinnu Laima Paraukiene og lektor Semen
Burmistrov,&amp;nbsp; SKREF FYRIR SKREF RÁÐGJÖF
(Ísland) Hansínu Bjarnarfríðar Einarsdóttur, og MITRA

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Á fundinum þróuðu aðilar upplýsingar
og innihald fyrir niðurstöður verkefnisins, framtíðarþjálfun og
miðlunarstarfsemi. Samstarfsaðilarnir heimsóttu einnig &quot;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;https://www.skolamatur.is/en&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Skolamatur&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&quot;
sem er eitt stærsta veitingafyrirtæki landsins fyrir skóla. Mjög vel heppnuð
veitingaþjónusta þeirra byggir á gamalli hefðbundinni íslenskri matarmenningu
sem gerð er nútímaleg, holl og áhugaverð fyrir skólakrakka. Í heimsókninni
hittu samstarfsaðilarnir stofnanda og eiganda félagsins, Axel Jónsson, og
framkvæmdastjórann, Jón Axelsson; að sjálfsögðu að gera allar
varúðarráðstafanir og formlegar verklagsreglur til að vera öruggur meðan á
eldgosinu í Reykjanespenisula. Fullkomin tímastjórnun samstarfsaðila leyft að
halda áfram samkvæmt áætlunum.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Síðar fengu samstarfsaðilarnir
tækifæri til að halda vinnustofuna um gamla íslenska matargerð, læra og smakka,
kvikmynda og ræða hefðbundna rétti.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&amp;nbsp;Til dæmis fengu samstarfsaðilarnir tækifæri
til að smakka:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Skata, rjúpa
gerjuð í sandi í sex mánuði og síðan soðin, borin fram með steiktu svínafeiti
og soðnum kartöflum&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

gestrisni og matreiðsluhefðum. Það var sannarlega gagnlegt að heyra sögur þeirra
um gamlar varðveisluaðferðir sem samstarfsaðilarnir tóku upp í þróaðar
niðurstöður verkefnisins, fylgdu stafrænum bæklingum og myndböndum.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

í Danmörku. Á fundinum hafa komið saman fimm samstarfsaðilar: HOTEL SCHOOL
Hotel Management College (Lettland) sem verkefnisstjóri í eigin persónu
þróunarstjóra, formaður ráðsins Olga Zvereva; hýsingarsamtökin Com&amp;amp;Train
(Danmörk) í persónu framkvæmdastjórans Önnu Högnadóttur og matreiðslumannsins
Patrek Sølva Hjálmarsson; samstarfsaðilar Vilniaus kolegija (Litháen) í persónu
Jolita Variakojiene, lektor við ferðamáladeild; STEP BY STEP COUNCULTING
(Ísland) í persónu Katlu Hólm, Þórhildardóttur og Ísak Ford; og MITRA

og og hvernig mætti miðla efninu. Samstarfsaðilarnir heimsóttu Kold College (Landbrugsvej
55, DK-5260 Odense S, https://koldcollege.dk) þar sem við áttum afar áhugavert
og reynsludeilandi myndbandsviðtal við Jesper Michael Hansen, fræðslustjóra.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Óðinsvé er heimabær H.C. Andersen og því heimsóttu félagarnir einnig safn hins
